‘Eugene Onegin’ at Israeli Opera

This winter, Dan Ettinger will return to Israeli Opera to conduct Tchaikovsky’s masterful opera, Eugene Onegin. 

Since becoming Music Director of the company in 2018, Mr. Ettinger has led a number of exciting productions including I Capuleti e I Montecchi, Die Fledermaus, Manon and Salome.

This love-lorn tale, beautifully depicted by director Jean-Claude Auvray, will include a star studded cast including Ira Bertman, Alla Vasilevitsky, Andrei Bondarenko, Kostast Smoriginas, Alexei Dolgov, Thomas Atkins, Rachel Frenkel, Shay Bloch, Vladimir Braun and Andrei Valentiy, among others.

Performances will take place on December 28, 30, 31, January 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8.
